Am I the only one that feels like May is when everyone finally wakes up from winter and then decides to plan every possible event right then and there!?! I know it’s the end of the school year and you have concerts and sports and graduations…but sometimes I feel like May just runs me over.IMG_8191

In light of all of this I thought, “I must not be the only one that feels this way.” It turns out, I’m not! So, I thought I’d help everyone out by pulling some of my favorite recipes from my “I Need Dinner Now” category find full category {here} for you to have on hand this month. This category are meals that can be prepped and cooked in less than 30 minutes. I know that we are needing plenty of meals like that already, and I only have one child in extra curricular activities! I can’t imagine how badly some of my friends with 3 or more kids all participating in extra stuff!
