Honey Lime Fruit Salad

One of my favorite food blogs is melskitchencafe.com. It’s one of my go-to resources
when I’m making a weekly menu, and I have found a lot of really delicious recipes there
that have been “home runs” in my house. This is one of them and is naturally gluten free.
I follow the recipe as written, but sometimes, if I find a killer deal on a fresh pineapple,
I substitute that for the canned. The lime zest makes it a very bright dish – don’t leave it
out! – so it’s perfect for outdoor barbeques and even those cold winter (or lately, spring)
days when you long for the snow to melt and the sun to shine!
