Meal Plan: Week 13

Meal Plan includes 5 meals with healthy serving sizes for a family of four. Occasionally there will be a meal that is large, I’ll try to create those leftovers into a new meal for you, but sometimes there will just simply be leftovers (and I’ll make a note of it to give you a heads up)!

I will give you a list of meals. If there isn’t a link directly to a recipe there will be preparation directions underneath it to get you your meal. Next, I’ll include a shopping list and an “on hand” list (a list of spices or other pantry ingredients that most people have on hand. If you don’t have it on hand, add it to the grocery list!). I will have side dish suggestions listed with each meal and include them at the bottom of the grocery list.

Homemade Chicken Nuggets with smokey dipping sauce, raw carrots, and steamed green beans

Bacon Chicken Fettuccine with tossed salad

Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Meatballs with steamed broccoli and rice

Pesto Pizza Chicken with tossed salad and steamed mixed vegetables

Crock Pot Pork Tacos with tortillas, taco toppings, fresh green peppers and steamed asparagus

Shopping List:

3 pounds chicken breast

1/2 lb bacon

frozen package of pre-cooked frozen meatballs (desired amount, anywhere from 30-60)

pepperoni

2 pound boneless pork loin

eggs (need 2-3)

mozzarella cheese (need 1 cup)

1 lb fettuccine noodles

12 ounce bag frozen broccoli

20 ounce can pineapple chunks

1 jar basil pesto (will use about 3 ounces, or half a jar)

chunky salsa

tortillas

Side Dish Shopping List:

liquid smoke

rice

raw carrots (baby carrots or sticks)

frozen mixed vegetables (to steam)

frozen or fresh broccoli (to steam)

frozen or fresh Green beans (to steam)

tossed salad (for two meals)
