Meal Planning Week 3

Herbed Green BeansWe are on week 3! We’ve got My Maid Rite Burgers, a Creamy Swiss Cheese Chicken Bake (I LOVE that one) and a couple more to get your week going! Once again, remember that the first two meals listed are my “two for one” meals where you make the meat for both meals on the first day to make the second dish even easier to make!

Check out the ingredient list, the cupboard list (which are things are typically found in your cupboard–but make sure to review and add anything to your ingredient list that you don’t have in your cupboard), and of course there is the side dish ingredient list if you are using my side dish suggestions. Enjoy your week!

My Maid Rite Burgers, tossed salad, double this recipe, reserve half of the meat.
Tacos , watermelon or a fruit salad(use the “rub” ingredients for taco seasoning from my Taco Seasoned Chicken and Rice recipe) Add taco seasoning spices and a half cup of water in a pan over stove top to the reserved meat from My Maid Rite Burger recipe, stir until water is mostly evaporated, meat is heated through and seasonings distributed throughout. Top with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, salsa, and whatever other taco toppings you enjoy!

2 lbs. ground beef
3 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts

1 tomato
1 head of lettuce
hamburger buns
4-6 oz. Swiss cheese
plain Greek yogurt
1 bag frozen green beans
1 bottle Italian dressing
Italian Dressing Mix
butter
4 medium potatoes

seasoned salt
garlic salt
onion powder
Worcestershire sauce
mayonnaise
freshly grated parmesan (left over from last week)
salt
pepper
garlic powder
